OSPAR Information Policy and Conditions of Use

The OSPAR Rules of Procedure state:

OSPAR is committed to making as much information as possible publicly available, consistent with achieving other similarly important goals of public policy. The framework for this is set out in Article 9 of the OSPAR Convention.

Following this, information presented in the OSPAR Assessment Portal ( https://oap.ospar.org/en/ ) are licensed according to Creative Commons BY 4.0:

  • Share - the material may be copied and redistributed in any medium or format;
  • Adapt - the material can be remixed, transformed and built upon for any purpose, even comercially.

Under the following terms:

  • Attribution - appropriate credit must be given (OSPAR Assessment Portal,  https://oap.ospar.org/en/ [add direct link to page]) provide a link to the license ( https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/ ), and indicate if changes were made. You may attribute the source in any reasonable manner, but not in any way that suggests the licensor endorses you or your use.
